HerkuPlast Kubern GmbH in Ering (Germany) was founded in 1972 and employs around 35 people. They produce high-quality plastic products for the cultivation sector. Their two renowned brands, HerkuPak and Quickpot, are well-known in the market. Since January 1, 2025, the Bachmann Group has taken over HerkuPlast Kubern GmbH.

The BACHMANN GROUP is a Swiss family-owned company based in Hochdorf near Lucerne. Today, the nearly 60-year-old group consists of two specialized units, each dedicated to serving products, brands, and corporate identity as packaging and advertising technology specialists. This acquisition creates valuable synergies, and their product portfolios complement each other perfectly. At the same time, both companies focus on sustainable solutions: The products are made entirely from PCR materials, and a significant portion of the required electricity is generated by their own photovoltaic systems.
